Send your device by post
We understand that not everyone can visit in person. That's why we also accept devices for repair by post — safe, trackable and straightforward.
- Write to us at servis@ilabpro.si or call us to arrange the details
- Pack the device securely (ideally in its original packaging)
- Send to: iLabPro, Knezova ulica 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia
- Once we receive it, we'll call you with a cost estimate and repair timeframe
- After the repair we return it by post or you can collect it in person
Safe shipping
We recommend using tracked shipping (e.g. DHL, GLS or your national postal service's registered service). Pack devices in a rigid box with adequate padding. iLabPro does not accept liability for damage incurred during transit.
For high-value devices (MacBook Pro, iMac) we recommend insuring the shipment.
