An iPhone screen replacement typically takes 1–2 hours. The exact time depends on the model and extent of damage. Call us and we'll schedule a time that suits you.

Is the cost estimate really free and without obligation?+

Yes, always. We inspect the device, identify the problem and give you the exact price before you decide on the repair. No hidden costs or obligations — the decision is entirely yours.

Which devices do you repair?+

We repair Mac computers (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, iMac and Mac mini), all iPhone models (from iPhone 4 to iPhone 17 Pro Max) and all iPad models (Pro, Air, Mini and standard). We work exclusively with Apple devices.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?+

We offer both options: genuine Apple parts and quality third-party parts from verified suppliers. Before every repair we inform you of the differences in price and quality — the choice is always yours.

What should I do if I spilled liquid on my iPhone or MacBook?+

Turn off the device immediately and do not try to switch it back on. Do not use a hairdryer to dry it. Bring it to us as quickly as possible — the faster you act, the greater the chance of a successful repair. We offer professional liquid damage cleaning.

Can I send my device by post?+

Yes. We accept devices for repair by post from anywhere in Slovenia. First write to us at servis@ilabpro.si or call us to arrange the details. Pack the device securely and send it to Knezova ulica 14, 1000 Ljubljana. After the repair we return it by post or you can collect it in person.
