How long does a screen or battery replacement take?+

In most cases an iPhone screen or battery replacement takes 1–2 hours with a prior appointment. We'll let you know the exact time for your model before you come in.

Which iPhone models do you support?+

We service all iPhone models, from iPhone 4 to the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max. There's no model we don't know.

When is it worth replacing an iPhone battery?+

We recommend replacing the battery when health drops below 80% (found in Settings → Battery → Battery Health). A new battery restores the original capacity and extends your device's life.

What should I do immediately after getting my iPhone wet?+

Turn off the device immediately and do not switch it back on. Bring it to us as soon as possible — acting quickly significantly increases the chances of a successful repair.

How long is the warranty on repairs?+

We provide a 3-month warranty on all repairs and installed parts. If the repaired component fails within the warranty period, we fix it free of charge.

Do you use original Apple parts or aftermarket replacements?+

The choice is yours. We offer both genuine Apple parts and quality replacement parts from verified suppliers. Before the repair, we explain the difference in price and quality — you decide.

What does the free cost estimate include?+

The free cost estimate includes a full inspection of your device, identification of the fault, and a written quote for the repair. There is no obligation — if you decide not to proceed, the diagnostic is free.

Can you repair Face ID or Touch ID?+

Yes. We repair Touch ID on all supported models. Face ID repair is available on iPhone 12 and newer. We run a diagnostic first to check the sensor condition before proceeding.

Can data be recovered from a broken iPhone?+

In many cases, yes. We recover data from iPhones that won't turn on, have a broken screen, or a damaged logic board. We always perform a free assessment of recovery chances before attempting anything.
